At The Nani’s Secret, we prepare and pack each order fresh — but if you change your mind, we understand. Here’s how our cancellation process works.

Order Cancellation

●     Orders can be cancelled within twelve hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.

●     Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can initiate a return after delivery following our Returns & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please reach out to our team as soon as possible with your order details.

Non-Cancellable Orders

●     Orders that have already been shipped

●     Orders placed during special promotions or clearance sales

●     Customized or made-to-order items

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved and payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within a few working days using the original payment method or a bank transfer.
